Welcome to the Laughin’ Barrel

Behind the little old house, is a hidden secret, a hideaway you would not imagine! At the scarp of the Darling Rangers, this tin shed from the outside with large paved and grassed areas for Alfresco dining overlooking 12 acres of vineyards, gives The Laughin` Barrel something extra special.

We opened in July 2010, with a history bigger than ourselves. The thing we all hold, past and present is our beautiful Estate grown wine. Brian and Sharon with the help of course by our winemaker John Griffiths have expanded our range of wines we now have a Sweet style Chenin, Barrel fermented Shiraz, Lightly Oaked Chardonnay and aged Port, which brings more to our wide range, Sparkling, Classic, Rose, Merlot and Cabernet Merlot.

Now to another very special part is our recently renovated Restaurant, Rustic wooden tables with leather high back chairs very “comfortable”.Our Wood Fired oven is beautiful this time of the year, Gourmet Pizzas, Homemade Breads, Bruschetta and Fresh Fish to die for! Brian and Sharon have had 20 years of restaurant experience and now with this exciting new venture they are bringing a new fresh menu, which changes frequently. Beautiful winter warmers of Lamb Shanks, Home-made Pies, Hearty Steaks, Fresh Fish, Local Calamari and Seasonal Salads for Summer.

We are available for Functions, Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Conferences, all Occasions.

The Laughin` Barrel is very passionate about Wine, Food and customers enjoyment of every experience with us. A perfect place to sit back and enjoy some great food and wine with friends and family.
